I also like the newer look of the website, though I'm rather late in mentioning it. I would like to say that I have had the opportunity to speak with your customer service staff on multiple occasions. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are always so kind and helpful. They make me feel like part of the "family". I'd walk a country mile to meet them!
